These terms govern your use of the Kobitel website and your enquiries with us. They do not, by themselves, create a customer-support outsourcing engagement. Any paid services require a separate written proposal or service agreement signed by Kobitel and the client.

Website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, misuse contact forms or booking tools, or use site content in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of others.

Information on this website

We aim to keep website information accurate, but it is general information and may change. It is not a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee that a particular service, outcome, timeline, coverage level or price will be available. We may update, suspend or remove site content at any time.

Support audits and proposals

A support audit is a preliminary conversation about your needs. It is not a promise to provide services or to accept an engagement. Any scope, price, timeline, service level, data-handling requirement and responsibility will be agreed in writing before services begin.

International services and data processing

Kobitel may support clients across borders, but the applicable legal and contractual requirements depend on the client’s sector, locations, tools and data. Before handling client customer data, Kobitel and the client will agree a written service agreement and, where appropriate, a data-processing agreement that sets out instructions, confidentiality, security, incident handling, subcontractors and international-transfer terms. The client remains responsible for confirming the lawful basis and instructions for its data processing.

Intellectual property

The Kobitel name, logo, website design, written content and other materials on this site are owned by Kobitel or used with permission. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially use them without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services

This site may link to or use third-party services, including Google Calendar appointment scheduling and FormSubmit for website enquiries. Their websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Kobitel is not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided “as is” and “as available.” Kobitel does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or secure access. Kobitel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
